Spring View Hospital proudly recognizes Women’s History Month by highlighting its female administrative team's remarkable achievements and contributions. As an integral part of the hospital's leadership, these women exemplify dedication, passion, and excellence in healthcare.

Reba Lowery Celsor, RN, MBA, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer

Reba Lowery Celsor's commitment to enhancing the well-being of others through exceptional healthcare spans over three decades. With a progressive career path that includes roles ranging from bedside Registered Nurse to Chief Executive Officer, Reba remains steadfastly patient-centered in her approach. She is deeply engaged in community service and is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Throughout her tenure at Spring View Hospital, Reba's leadership has steered the institution through challenging times, fostering growth and increased community engagement. Alongside her husband James, Reba cherishes family moments with their four grown children and eight beloved grandchildren in their Lebanon, KY home.

Tonia McCarthy, RN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer

Tonia McCarthy is dedicated to delivering top-notch nursing care to the Spring View Hospital community. With a passion for empowering fellow nurses and prioritizing safety, quality, and patient experience, Tonia draws from her extensive 30-year nursing background across various healthcare organizations in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, and Kentucky. She brings a wealth of expertise in Emergency Services and Quality Improvement to her role as Chief Nursing Officer at Spring View Hospital, following her tenure as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Havasu Regional Medical Center. Tonia holds a master’s degree in nursing administration and finds fulfillment in her devotion to her two grown sons and family scattered across the country.

Heather Lamkin, MBA, Assistant Chief Financial Officer

Heather Lamkin is a dedicated proponent of sustainable and accessible healthcare in Lebanon, KY. She has devoted 16 years at Spring View Hospital to cultivating a diverse medical landscape within the community. Her efforts have led to the successful recruitment of over 20 providers across seven specialties, bolstering the delivery of quality healthcare. Heather's advocacy extends beyond the hospital walls as she champions policies prioritizing the well-being of all individuals. Committed to her community, she tirelessly works towards an inclusive, affordable, efficient, and compassionate healthcare system. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a master’s in business administration. She resides in Raywick, Kentucky, with her husband, Danny, and their two sons.
